One Account Policy

Where duplicate accounts are identified, n8880 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and withhold any winnings derived from a duplicate account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. n8880 will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify n8880 immediately by contacting [email protected]. n8880 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

General Bonus Rules

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Detection of duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity.
• Abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of any bonus, promotion, or technical feature of the platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback request on a deposit made to your account.
• Offensive or abusive behaviour directed at n8880 staff or other players.
• Request by the player to close their own account, including self-exclusion requests.

Consequences of Suspension or Closure

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, n8880 reserves the right to void any pending bets, cancel any active bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from activity that constituted a breach. Any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the completion of any outstanding investigation.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your n8880 account voluntarily, contact the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules, and any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to identity verification, except where closure was initiated as part of a self-exclusion arrangement.
